I don’t have much to say about the Welwyn Hilly as I punctured early on at about 6 out of 26 miles. I was feeling good but these things happen.

The Woodbridge crit was on an old airstrip five miles from the sea in suffolk. There were some good riders present including riders from corley, twenty3c orbea and other well known clubs. A break went out after a couple of laps and various attempts were made to bridge the gap but only one prevailed. My team mate Tom made a blazing move in the final lap to come in third and I sprinted in for a seventh. George unfortunately was slightly blocked in the sprint and so did not do as well as he had hoped.
